I like to wear dresses on rainy days. The hems stay clean and dry, out of the puddles, and it’s nice to dress up a bit when the weather is cold and gray. What about you?

I love to wear dresses! Great idea to wear them in the rain. No soaking wet hems! Wet jeans/pants are the worst.
